You Can Reduce Stress this Holiday Season
by Ngozi Osuagwu, MD | December 24th, 2018

Looking for ways to reduce stress this holiday season – meditate, exercise and follow Dr. Seuss’s advice:
“Life’s too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.”
Dr. Seuss
Although this time of the year always brings fellowship, I would encourage you to find time to reflect on what truly matters. Please spend time enjoying your family, friends, and colleagues. I count myself blessed that you have allowed to be part of your life. May God bless you and your loved ones. I wish you and your family peace, love and happiness for the rest of the year and the best for 2019.
Merry Christmas. Happy Kwanzaa. Happy Hannukah.
